Jeep JK Write Up

It was recently brought to my attention that we should do some vehicle write ups with some of the builds we do...What a fabulous idea...so maybe weekly, maybe not I'll pick a vehicle and tell about the stuff that has been done to upgrade it...I'm going to start with an easy one this week :)

This is a 2008 Jeep Rubicon...It has the Rancho 4" Long arm suspension kit with PSC Hydro assist steering and JKS track bar. Also, using the FOX shocks. It has front and rear Rancho differential covers with the skid plates and 5.13 gears. The tires are BFG KM2 mud terrain 37 x 12.50 r 17 on a American Racing Cannon 17x9" wheel. In this picture it has the Rampage front bumper with the Warn Power Plant winch. That has currently been changed to the Wilderness Products New G2 front bumper with Bushwacker fender flares.

In this picture you can see the Bushwacker flares with the Garvin/Wilderness rock sliders and Rear swing away bumper system. On the swing away the Powertank Bracket with the 10lb Powertank that is super useful to air up those tires after a day of four wheeling. Also installed in a Helix throttle body spacer, AFE air intake and Hypertech power programmer. The Rubicon comes factory with the 4 to 1 transfer case gearing, electronic sway bar disconnects and electronic front and rear lockers... All very convenient on the trail.

Recently this Jeep has done trails such as Chinamen's Gulch down by Buena Vista and Jenny Creek in Colorado and Top of the World and Poison Spider in Moab.
